Doctrine and Lessons learned Branch Head, JWC Stavanger

4034StavangerRogaland - Norway

I am currently serving as a French Navy commander with NATO in Stavanger. While I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in the French Navy, after a successful 21 years of dedicated and loyal service to my country, my family has grown to love international lifestyle here. I am therefore exploring opportunities to employ my skills and experience in the civilian sector.

I have been identified within the Navy and across NATO as having the potential to achieve higher rank and position, a fact that has led me to be selected ahead of my peers and even my superiors to lead large, multinational, operationally focused teams in the project management, crisis response, human resource, logistics and engineering domains. I am fully bilingual in English and French and I am learning to work in Norwegian.

I have extensive operational leadership and managerial experience in comprehensive and complex national and international environments in a variety of fields. While I have a very diverse employment background across multiple environments, it is my interpersonal, social, communication and team building skills that make me unique. This balance of technical and human relation skills has allowed me to bring out the best in people and productivity and to achieve successful project outcomes.

My career to date is hallmarked by being a professional leader who fosters innovation, energizes subordinates, and co-workers, plans projects, and organizes and allocates resources effectively and efficiently. Proudly, I am recognized for my strengths in promoting creativity to enhance functionality and operability, while remaining in compliance with cost controls, timelines, and organizational directives. This is underscored by my meticulous regard for detail, accuracy, transparency and unwavering dedication.

I am asking to be considered for any challenging position where my skills and experience would benefit your organization. Please use any of the contact data listed in my CV to request further information or to establish a convenient time to schedule an interview. In looking forward to this opportunity, I thank you for your time.
